“BIOSPHERE” Corporation possesses its own powerful industrial complexes; two of them are situated in Ukraine – in Dnepropetrovsk and Letichev (Khmelnitskiy region) and one of them on the territory of Russian Federation in Belgorod.

GARBAGE BAGS PRODUCTION

Garbage bags production is the largest and contemporary on the territory of Ukraine. “Biosphere” Corporation is one of the first companies in Ukraine that launched its own garbage bags production. The company possesses its own technology developments, high-skilled and qualified personnel and the system of inner training and control.


KITCHEN SPONGES, BATH SPONGES AND NAPKINS PRODUCTION

Kitchen sponges, bath sponges and napkins production is equipped with contemporary automatic and semi-automatic machinery from the leading global producers and with the machinery built up by our own specialists.

In 2008 a new unique project for cellulose goods production was launched and currently BIOSPHERE Corporation along with the other European manufacturers produces cellulose sponges and napkins.

Production process includes three-level quality control:

· quality control of raw materials that are to be used in production cycle;

· intermediate quality control of semi-finished products;;

· finished goods quality control.

Kitchen sponges, bath sponges and napkins production is regularly controlled by State Sanitary and Epidemiological Inspection Service as well as by State Standards Committee of Ukraine. 

FOOD FOIL, FILM AND PARCHMENT PRODUCTION

Production is equipped with the most up-to-date lines for rewinding, rollback and packaging of roll products. Technology for food film and baking parchment packaging is fully automated.

QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS PRODUCTION

“BIOSPHERE” Corporation production implies the quality control system of the following types: 
- The system of the incoming quality control. The aim of the incoming control is verification of the goods accompanying documents. These documents prove the quality and completeness of the products prevent the goods coming into the production process if they don’t correspond to the appropriate quality requirements, inner normative and technical documents and consignment contracts. 
- The system of the finished products control. The system of the finished products control enables fulfilling numerous tasks:

- first to prevent entry into the market of the goods not corresponding to the quality specified by the normative and technical documentation for the definite type of goods;

- to accumulate statistic data about the types and reasons of occurring defects and to analyze and develop measures for preventing defect goods production;
- to accumulate statistic data about the actual qualification level of the personnel.

· Hygienic requirements to the sanitary conditions of production. The system of sanitary-hygienic activities held at the production area exclude the possibility to contaminate semi-finished goods and even contacting finished packed goods. Besides we encourage planned audits of finished goods quality control by independent expert – Dnepropetrovsk Sanitary and Epidemiological Inspection Service.

WET WIPES PRODUCTION

“BIOSPHERE” Corporation possesses the most up-to-date and powerful in Ukraine complex for wet wipes production that includes:

- 3 automatic production and packaging lines with data-processing equipment. The equipment was designed meeting European Union requirements and standards, and it is approved for the contact with cosmetic and food products. 
- The laboratory for goods development and testing. Our laboratory has the accreditation of the Ministry of Industry Policy of Ukraine. Every lot obtains the Certificate of Quality. 
- The treatment system. Water demineralization and purifying for wipe saturating composition is made with the help of the reverse osmosis without the stage of additional chlorine treatment. Treatment system process guarantees acceptable dermatological qualities and goods safety.

Our production has quality control system that includes:

- Special sanitary treatment procedure of the equipment and the area makes bacteriological contamination of the goods impossible.

- Incoming control of raw materials; 
- Intermediate technological control;

- Finished products control, microbiological express control for every lot of the finished products; 
- Stability of the technical parameters and quality indicators compliance.
